At the November PRNC meeting, a CalTrans engineer uses a model of the equipment used on the Richmond Bridge seismic retrofit to demonstrate upcoming repairs. The bridge will be shut down for 12 hours a night, 4 days a month, while CALTRANS completes repairs on heavily corroded portions of the trestle.
